Sara Ulziisaikhan of Mongolia is the exchange student staying with the Dale and Loida Whitson family this year. She gave a presentation to the residents at Sunshine Village last week and served some common Mongolian food called buuz and melty which is dumplings and raisin juice and shared a little about her culture with them. She also brought props and shared some traditions with the group. She appreciated Ilene Collins and Virginia Cookson for letting her present a program to them as it is a requirement for the exchange program. (Below) Some of the students from Arapahoe came to help her serve the food.

Thank you-two small words but the meaning and appreciation and gratitude we feel goes way beyond these words to the firemen, first responders, family, friends, neighbors, the wildfire teams and many people we didn’t even know. We can’t thank you enough. For the out pouring of love and prayers, for the hay, donations, food supplies, fundraising people, we can never thank you enough.
