Body Mrs. Dauwen’s Cambridge Kindergarten class held its annual egg drop Friday afternoon. Principal Jarod Albers would drop their device, which was to safely keep a raw egg inside from cracking when it hit the ground, off of the school’s roof.

Body The Southern Valley Jr Shooters competed at the The 51st Annual Cornhusker JR/SR School Shoot April 29 - May 1. They sent five Jr. High and 13 Sr. High students. The Jr. High group broke a total of 317 out of 500 rock. Their high score was Trey Broeker with 81.

Body The Village of Oxford Board of Trustees met on Monday, May 3 at 7 pm at the Village meeting room. The meeting was called to order by president Clint McQuiston. Absent from the meeting was trustee Chad Cunningham. The minutes from the March 15, April 19 meetings were approved.
