Christine Orpha Wolfe Yeager, age 51, of Grainfield, Kansas passed away at her home on April 5, 2021. She was born in Cambridge, Nebraska on August 20, 1969 to Gale and Mary (Culver) Wolfe. She was nine years old when she and her three siblings moved from north of Wilsonville, Nebraska to Cambridge. Christine attended Cambridge Public School graduating in 1988. She then continued her education at both McCook Community College and North Platte Community College, where she received her certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Dorothy Marie Henry, age 84, of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, Nebraska. Dorothy (Dot) was born on March 11, 1937 at Holbrook, Nebraska to Ernest and Rachel (Mock) Mues.

Christine was a 1982 graduate of Cambridge High School. Christine continued her education at Mid Plains Community College in North Platte graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Urbom, age 96, of Arapahoe, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the C.A. Mues Good Samaritan Center in Arapahoe. Darien was born on February 17, 1925 at Arapahoe, Nebraska to Fred C. and Elfrieda (Monter) Hermes.

Private Memorial Graveside Services for Viola T. “Dolly” Vaughn will be held at the Arapahoe Cemetery in Arapahoe, Nebraska.

Doris F. Howard, age 95 of Fremont was called by God to her heavenly home on April 1, 2021.

Wendell W. Smith, age 88, of Beaver City, Nebraska passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at the Beaver City Manor in Beaver City, Nebraska. He was born on August 3, 1932 in Republican City, Nebraska to Weye and Leta (Neece) Smith.

Funeral Services for AJ Weatherwax was held on Monday, March 29, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Oxford, Nebraska with Pastor Wes Hafner officiating. Interment will follow at the Oxford Cemetery at Oxford.

James Michael Traver, of Plattsmouth, NE, passed away at his home on March 28, 2021, with his family by his side. He was born in Grand Rapids, MI, on September 18, 1953, to Alvin Leo and Sally Traver.

Russell A. Redden, age 44, of Indianola passed away on Sunday March 21, 2021 as the result of a motor vehicle accident. He was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on December 25, 1975 to Claude Robert and Connie (Mathis) Redden. The family moved to Nebraska in 2005 from Arkansas City, Kansas to be closer to family.
