Ward Clarence Urbom, age 99, of Arapahoe Nebraska passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the CA Mues Good Samaritan Center, in Arapahoe. Ward was born on February 2, 1922 at Atlanta, Nebraska to Clarence Andrew Urbom and Anna Myrl (Irelan) Urbom.

Celebration of Life Services for Bonnie C. Ruybalid will be held at a later date.

Robert E. Niemeier, 98, died on (February 4th, 2021) at Providence Place Memory Care in Hastings, Nebraska. He was born on August 2nd, 1922 to August H. Niemeier Sr. and Mathilde (ten Bensel) Niemeier in Holbrook, Nebraska. He grew up in the area and graduated from Holbrook High School in 1940.

Wanda Darlene Wolzen was born November 26, 1929, near Hendley, Nebraska, to John and Lyda (Ruhs) Wolzen. She died Thursday, February 4, 2021, at Bryan East Medical Center in Lincoln, Nebraska, due to complications from Covid-19.

Brenda Marie Pretzer, age 76, of Elwood, Nebraska passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Phelps Memorial Health Center in Holdrege after a threeyear battle with cancer. She was born on October 6, 1944 to Arthur and Marie (Putnam) Pretzer, Brenda was the oldest of five children.

Ardyth Ann Banzhaf, 8o, a longtime resident of Orafino, Nebraska, went to be with her Heavenly Father on January 29, 2021. Ardyth Ann Oehlerking was the fourth child born to Alvin and Lily (Schroeder) Oehlerking on December 17, 1940 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Richard Vincent Andrews passed away on January 11, 2021 at Omaha, NE. He was born on January 9, 1932 in Arapahoe, NE.

Pamela Sue Menagh, 72, of Norton, Kansas passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 27, 021 in her home. Pam was born in Holdrege, Nebraska, on November 20, 1948, to her parents, Lauren Daffer and Josephine Hanni.

Georgia Nell Hector, age 9o, of Arapahoe, Nebraska passed away on Sunday, January 24th, 2021 at her home. She was born on December 12, 1930 in Metropolis, Illinois to Vernie T. & Nell (Kennedy) Barnett. She grew up with humble beginnings as one of four children in the Barnett family.

Elaine L. Frank, age 88, of McCook died peacefully at Hillcrest Nursing Home in McCook on Saturday, January 23rd, 2021. She was born June 18th, 1932 to Harry E. Sr. and Opal (McCord) Smith in Cambridge, Nebraska. She grew up on the farm near Cambridge and graduated from Cambridge High School in 1949. Elaine married Marvin L. Frank in Cambridge on March 4th, 1950 and to the union four children were born. She was employed by the McCook Clinic as a nurse and later as a receptionist until her retirement. Elaine was a lifetime member of the Methodist Church and a longterm member of BPOE Does. She enjoyed her volunteer work with the Blood Mobile, Helping Hands Thrift Store, and organizing and helping with the church’s funeral dinners. Elaine also enjoyed playing bridge, cooking, sewing, and Nebraska football. She especially cherished the company of her children and grandchildren and taking care of the “Love of Her Life!”
