Marian Candace (Bailey) Davis, age 102, of Curtis, Nebraska, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 24, 2025, surrounded by the love of family. Marian was born on a farm southwest of Palmyra, Nebraska, to Merle and Gladys (Ring) Bailey, the second of five children.

Wendell William Mousel, known to most as Bill Mousel, was born on July 20, 1937, in McCook, Nebraska to R. Wendell and Velma (Hazen) Mousel. Bill lived a life steeped in dedication, hard work, and a deep-seated love for his family and community.

D’Maris Schoneberg, age 79, formerly of Orleans, Nebraska passed away Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, at the Arbor Center, Franklin, Nebraska. She was born July 5, 1946 in Gary, Indiana to Ralph & Beulah (Morton) Stewart.

Harold Wayne Aupperle, 82, of Maywood, passed away November 20, 2025 at Great Plains Health. He was born on August 3, 1943 to Herman and Evelyn (Larson) Aupperle in Wellfleet.

Ona Malleck was born on October 20, 1939, in Lebanon, Nebraska to Fay and Tena (Rhonke) Larson. Ona was a proud graduate of Lebanon High School, graduating with the class of 1957.

Robert M. Culver, age 71, of Orleans, Nebraska passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at his home.

Wendell “Bill” Mousel, of Cambridge, passed away Tuesday morning, November 18, 2025 at Tri Valley Health Systems in Cambridge. He was 88 years of age.

A funeral service for Marjorie L. (Lubeck) Ehrke will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, Stamford, Nebraska with Pastor Thalia Woodworth officiating. Interment will follow at the Stamford Cemetery.
