William “Bill” Lee Shearer, age 68, of Arapahoe, Nebraska, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital in Hastings, Nebraska. He was born on May 14, 1955, at Norton, Kansas, to Leroy William and Merna Marie (Brand) Shearer.

Ruth Irene Hammond-Ash, age 96, of Alma, Nebraska passed away peacefully Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Harlan County Health System Hospital, Alma, Nebraska. She was born January 8, 1928, in Ainsworth, Nebraska, the youngest and only daughter to Elmer Thomas and Mary Amelia (Robins) Allison.

Beverly Ann Grady (Anderson), age 86, of Lincoln, Nebraska passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at The Country House in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was born at home in Wilsonville, Nebraska on November 18, 1937, to John Macdonald “Mac” &Mildred (Adkins) Anderson.
