Body Hazel Lorene Sandell, lovingly known as “Tuffy,” passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the age of 96, at Beaver City Manor in Beaver City, Nebraska. Hazel was born April 9, 1929, in Harper County, Kansas, to Conrad and Opal (Sevier) Kollmorgen.

Body Roland Lee Cooksley, age 96, of Elwood, Nebraska passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at the Elwood Care Center, Elwood, Nebraska. He was born on May 7, 1929, at Broken Bow, Nebraska to John & Thelma (Skinner) Cooksley. He grew up in the Sandhills ranching.
