Angela Dawn Thomas, age 46, of Arapahoe, Nebraska passed away Saturday, November 1, 1079 at Great Plains Hospital, North Platte, Nebraska. She was born April 24, 1979 in Lexington, Nebraska to Gerald & Cindy (Gates) Thomas. She attended Arapahoe High School with the class of 1997.

A. Kathleen (Barrett) Miller, 91, completed her earthly journey and began her heavenly one, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. She was a precious and beloved wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend, who believed in her Savior, Jesus Christ.

Freda Corder, age 96, of Elwood, passed away on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Emerald Nursing Home in Cozad. Freda Elizabeth Corder, the daughter of James and Freda (Weber) Weese, was born at Enid, Oklahoma, on May 6, 1929, and passed away at Cozad, Nebraska, on November 3, 2025, at the age of 96.

Harvey Jorgensen, 89, of Beaver City, Nebraska, formerly of Lexington, died on November 1, 2025, at the Beaver City Manor. He was born April 23, 1936.

Ricky G. Henry of Eustis passed away unexpectedly on October 20, 2025, at the age of 70. Rick was born on May 26, 1955, in Lexington, Nebraska to Daniel B. and Norma (Clark) Henry, Jr. He graduated from Cozad High School with the class of 1973 and later attended Central Community College in Hastings, Nebraska.

Shirley Jean Hawkins Chesshir, 81, passed away October 14, 2025 in Beaver City, Nebraska. She was born October 1, 1944 in Stoddard County, Missouri to Ditman and Mary Hawkins.

A funeral service for Larry L. Warner was held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Holdrege, Nebraska with Reverend Kenton Birtell officiating. Interment followed at the Fridhem Cemetery in Funk, Nebraska, with Military Honors provided by the Martin-Horn American Legion Post #66 in conjunction with the United States Navy Funeral Honors Team.
