A total of $175,000 in one-time scholarships will support these aspiring builders in their pursuit of purpose and entrepreneurial growth.

Danuel Lee Ruf, better known as Danny or Ban, was born on August 23, 1954 to Manuel and Margalee (Lyons) Ruf in McCook, Nebraska. He passed away at his rural Wilsonville home on April 14, 2025 at the age of 70.

Bradley Dean Sides was born on December 30, 1978, in Cambridge, Nebraska to Pat and Janice (Fimple) Sides and passed away on April 12, 2025, at his home in Seward, Nebraska at the age of 46 years, 3 months and 13 days. Brad was baptized on February 25, 1979, at St. Catherine’s Church in Indianola, Nebraska.
