A joint public hearing for Frontier County was held on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 6 pm at the Frontier County Fairgrounds. Entities who exceed their property tax by more than 2% from the previous year must present at a joint county hearing. Presenting at Frontier County were Eustis-Farnam Public Schools, Maywood Public Schools, Medicine Valley Public Schools and Frontier County.

Cambridge Public Schools announces Sing Around Nebraska Honor Choir 2024 participants: Marshall Nanfito, Victoria Salberg, Norah Norton, Halle Downer, Londyn Hilker and Colbie Houghtelling These students will be participating in the honor choir Friday-Saturday, November 8-9. The concert will be November 9th at 4:00 pm at the Kearney High School Auditorium.

Flu shots will be offered at all clinics in October for anyone six months of age and older. Now is the perfect opportunity to get a flu shot before the flu starts circulating.

The Cambridge Memorial Hospital Auxiliary met September 17, 2024 in the Tri Valley Health System Republican River Room with lunch provided by TVHS Volunteer Services. Fifteen members and one guest answered roll call. Minutes of the July, 2024 meeting were read and approved, followed by reports from the treasurer, president, Thrift Shop Co-chairman, Volunteer Coordinator and CEO Clay Jordan.
