The Gosper County Senior Center is in full swing and has coffee drinkers in at 8:30, pool-players in the midmorning, exercise machines that are in motion, a puzzle on the table, domino game to get started after lunch and of course great noon dinners for you to enjoy with friendly neighbors. The staff will continue to make your visit here, either while participating in the activities or eating our noon meal, as positive and enjoyable as can be. Thanks for your support.

The Tri Valley Health System will be holding a healthy cooking demo on Monday, May 3 at 5:00 p.m. in the Meadowlark Meeting Room, which can be accessed through the Wellness Center entrance or the main entrance. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Tonya Koeppen will be making some healthy recipes and samples will be provided. This event is free and open to everyone.
