This school year, Harlan County Extension has had the opportunity to collaborate with Under the Umbrella Daycare in Alma. Students in the “Red Bird” class have been engaged in a six-lesson series of hands-on activities focusing on Agriculture Literacy. Each ag visit consisted of a lesson, a story, and a craft to go along with the ag topic.
