The Gosper County Senior Center is in full swing and has coffee drinkers in at 8:30, pool-players in the midmorning, exercise machines that are in motion, a puzzle on the table, domino game to get started after lunch and of course great noon dinners for you to enjoy with friendly neighbors. The staff will continue to make your visit here, either while participating in the activities or eating our noon meal, as positive and enjoyable as can be. Thanks for your support.

Cauy Bennett had a busy two days in early March, showing two horses at a Collegiate Ranch Horse contest in Colorado. The livestock industry management major at the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture in Curtis rides with the NCTA Ranch Horse Team.

Young minds focus on Mission Service

Members of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Cambridge, gathered at the Cambridge Hospital Auxiliary Thrift Shop on Sunday, March 20 where they sorted, boxed, taped, labeled and loaded items from the Thrift Shop bound for Orphan Grain Train in Grand Island. A total of 38 people worked with willing hands and big hearts as they 190 filled boxes into the Orphan Grain Train trailer.
It was heartwarming to see these five young girls working together as they packed children's clothing for Orphan Grain Train. Enjoying the project were (l-r) Briar Gunderson, Claire Nickerson, Rachel, Lydia and Mary McGowen and Dakota Deterding.
