KEARNEY – Graduate and undergraduate degrees will be conferred for 362 winter graduates at University of Nebraska at Kearney commencement exercises 10 a.m. Friday (Dec. 19) at UNK’s Health and Sports Center.

Lexington, Nebraska, Dec. 10, 2025 — The University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Center for Agricultural Profitability and Nebraska Extension will present a landlord/tenant cash rent workshop in Lexington for landowners and operators from 9 a.m. to noon Jan. 13, at the office of Nebraska Extension in Dawson County, 1002 Plum Creek Parkway.

A retired two Star General from the United State Air Force, Trulan Eyre, addressed students of Mr. Brad Reaves’ physics and propulsion classes last week.

The Arapahoe-Holbrook K-6 Christmas program was held last week. A large number of family and friends came out to watch them perform.

Cambridge Unit 199 of the American Legion Auxiliary met on December 11, 2025, in regular session at the Community Building with 9 members in attendance. After Presentation of the Colors, Pledge of Allegiance, Prayer and Preamble, Pres. Witte called the meeting to order at 2:03 p.m.
