Following another season in which the Southern Valley boys basketball team qualified for the state tournament, the Eagles will look to maintain their strong play, but with some newcomers seeing the court. Last season the Eagles finished 19-5 on the year and along with that state qualification, they were the RPAC runner-up and the D1-8 District Final champs. From that team, senior guard Isaak McPhillamy is the lone starter returning. He averaged five points and two boards per contest.
