The Arapahoe Warriors took on Medicine Valley on Thursday afternoon in Arapahoe. The Warriors defeated the Raiders 46-6. The Raiders started off with the ball and were forced to punt. Carl Nordine bobbled the punt, but was able to scoop it up and run 40 yards for the touchdown. Kade Fisher added the run for the conversion to put the Warriors up 8-0. On the next Raider possession, Fisher tackled a Raider on the sideline and the ball popped loose and Briggs Hill scooped it up to give the Warriors the ball back. It didn't take long to find the endzone again, this time on a completion from Fisher to Branson Tejcka for a 28 yard score. Nordine ran in the conversion to put the Warriors up 16-0. The Warriors defense continued to make it difficult for the Raider offense to get going. On the next Warrior possession, Hayden Sich found the end zone from 8 yards and Fisher added the conversion to put the Warriors up 24-0. On the next Raider possession, James Weatherbee scooped up a fumble and returned it 12 yards to the Raider 23 yard line. Cian Mc- Corkle capped off the scoring for the first half when he ran it in from 2 yards out. Nordine added the conversion to put the Warriors on top 32-0 at half. The Warriors kept right on rolling in the second half as Nordine returned the kickoff, but it was called back due to a penalty. On the very next play Fisher took it off the left side 34 yards for the score. Nordine added the conversion to put the Warriors up 40-0. The Warriors defense continued playing well, limiting the Raiders opportunities. On the next possession for the Warriors, Hill found the end zone from 3 yards out to put the Warriors up 46-0. Hunter Jorschumb was stopped short on the conversion. The Raiders were able to put some points on the board late, scoring on a 22 yard run to make the final score 46-6. AJ Roush finished off the game by sacking the Raider quarterback as time expired.
