Firearm hunting season is history and so are a few trophy deer, with emphasis on few. From reports I’ve heard, quite a few permits went unfilled, as there just aren’t a lot of deer to be seen. You even see less road kill. But, there were a few trophy stories. One being from a family member. For several weeks he had been watching two nice bucks on his cams in the neighborhood. Well, a cousin of his got one and an uncle got the other.

Beaver City Council Approves Infrastructure Improvements

BEAVER CITY – The city council held a public hearing prior to their regular meeting on November 21, 2022. The council passed Resolution 2202-9 as part of the USDA 6-year street plan. Specifically, item M 140(8) provides for a deeper drainage tube because of tree roots near Q and 7th streets and M 140 (9) provides for curb and guttering to be laid on the north side between 10th and 11th Streets. Both infrastructure projects will be completed during the next year.

CAMBRIDGE - After interviews with three candidates, two external superintendents from other schools and it’s own principal, the Cambridge Board of Education selected Jarod Albers, who has been a principal at Cambridge for nine years, as it’s next superintendent.

Members of the class under the instructor of Ann Collins include David Beck, Kadyn Willcock, Berkley Warner, Taylor Jones, Amilia Kruger, Joslyn Villegas and Christian Smith.
