Two Rivers Announces COVID-19 Testing Site

KEARNEY –Two Rivers Public Health Department announcing there will be a new COVID-19 testing site in Kearney starting Monday, October 11th. Test results will be available the same day as testing. Testing will be offered at no cost to individuals.

Goodwill donation drive

The Goodwil Donation drive will be in Arapahoe at the Ella Missing Community Center, 411 6th Street, Arapahoe after noon on Thursday, October 28 thru noon on Thursday, November 4, 2021 or (until the trailer is full). Due to limited storage space, furniture, televisions, mattresses and large appliances are not accepted. Receipts for tax deductions are available. Last week was National Fire Prevention week and Robyn Hermes, Kate Meyers and Ida Soncksen from First State Insurance visited the Arapahoe elementary students and handed out Fire Safety coloring books and crayons and visited with Arapahoe students about fire safety.
