Larry "Bugs" Foster, age 81, of Bartley, passed away at the Community Hospital in McCook on November 9, 2020. He was born in Omaha, NE on February 5, 1939 to Leo and Dorothy (Wight) Foster.

The Sons of the American Legion hosted a free will hamburger feed with ice cream at the Arapahoe Park on Sunday, June 13th. After the meal at 7:00 p.m., they held a ceremony to dispose of worn flags. First they explained to those attending, what each fold means when folding a flag the correct way.
