A Memorial Service for Tony E. Thulin will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

Larry Fuller, 82, of Arapahoe, Nebraska, passed away Friday, April 4, 2025 at Kearney Regional Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska. Cremation was chosen and Larry’s wish was to have no public service and a committal in the Wilsonville Cemetery at a later date is being honored.

Jon Christian Youngquist, beloved husband, father and Grandpa, passed away after battling Parkinson’s disease, on March 27, 2025, surrounded by his family at the Beaver City Manor, Beaver City, NE at the age of 86. He was born February 24, 1939, to Joseph and Lela (Christian) Youngquist in Oxford, Nebraska.

Ruby McCann Hays Martin was born January 16, 1928, and died of natural causes on April 4, 2025. Ruby is survived by her children, Colleen Hays of Kearney, Nan (Gene) Sayer of Kearney, Jamie (Polly) Hays of Kearney, Dan (Kathy) Hays of Elkhorn, Shawn (Maira) Hays of San Diego, 15 grandchildren, and a number of greatgrandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

Vernelle M. Schultz, 92, passed away August 14, 2024 in Elkhorn, NE where she had resided since 2017. She was born on August 5, 1932 at her Grandpa and Grandma Brestel’s ranch north of Moorefield, NE, to Harry V. Mercer and Ardath M. (Brestel) Mercer.

Roger LeRoy Linner, age 61, passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at his home in Beaver City, NE. Roger was born on November 15, 1963, in Norton, Kansas. He was the twelfth child born to Harold and Annabelle (Maret) Linner of Beaver City, Nebraska.

Bonnie Mae Bain sadly passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 77. She was born in a house in Mullen, Nebraska on September 12,1947 to Vilas and Neva (Little) Jones. She was the oldest of four children.

Robert Lee Bain sadly passed away on March 24, 2025 at the age of 81. He was born at Sandhills General Hospital in Valentine, Nebraska on July 10, 1943 to Clifferd (Bounce) and Irene (Hammond) Bain.

Mr. Don R. ten Bensel, 81, of Ellaville, passed away after an extended illness on March 1, 2025. Funeral services were held at Cornestone Church, Southland Rd., Americus, on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastors Kevin Brown and Robbie Pilcher officiating.

Rosellen Ann Dickmeyer, formerly of Arapahoe, NE, passed away peacefully and went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, March 20, 2025, in her assisted living home in Cozad, NE with her daughter Gwen by her side. She had many caring nurses and friends and family who visited in the days prior to her passing while on her journey to her final resting place.
