Wolves rebound from slow start for win over Maxwell

Body Although the Maywood/ Hayes Center football team didn’t start off Thursday’s game against Maxwell the way it wanted, the Wolves had no complaints about the way it ended. MHC fell behind 0-14 in the first half before its passing game helped it catch up.

SVA softball continues to roll, now 12-5

Body STAMFORD - The Southern Valley/Alma softball team continued its recent hot streak, sweeping both games last week while improving to 12-5 this season. The Saints scored nine in the bottom of the third Tuesday to end their contest with Lexington by run-rule, 12-0.
