Funeral Services for Beth Stephens were held on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Nelson-Bauer Funeral Home in Holdrege, Nebraska, with Chaplain DeWane Dow officiating. Interment will follow at the Orleans Cemetery, Orleans, Nebraska.

Lana Louise Kester of Oxford went to be with her Savior on March 2, 2021. She was 8o years old. Lana was born on June 8, 1940 in Chicago, IL to Dr. Howard L Kester DVM and May Louise (mayo Kester. The first few years of her life were spent in Cambridge, NE, Little Rock, AR and Silver Springs, MD. Her father was a Federal Veterinarian and in the Army. The family moved to Cambridge when the WWII ended. They moved to the family farm near Orafino in Frontier County. She attended grade school in Orafino. Then Lana moved to the Martin Luther Home in Beatrice, NE. In 1975 Lana moved to Oxford, NE where she spent the rest of her life living and working at the MidNebraska Individual Services.

Jeramy K. Underwood, 3o, of Lexington, Nebraska, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at his home in Lexington.

Cloyd Clark, 78, of McCook died Sunday, February 28, 2021, at Kearney Regional Hospital. Viewing was Monday, March 8, 2021, at Herrmann-Jones Mortuary.

Norma Lea Gardner, age 93, completed her earthly journey and began her heavenly one in the early morning hours of February 24, 2021. Norma was born on October 2, 1927 in Atlanta, Nebraska to parents Frank Leroy and Mary Emma Leigh David, she was the youngest of four children.

The family of Kevin Blackman is saddened to announce his passing at age of 47. He was born at a whopping 10lb 6oz in Omaha, Nebraska to Carol (Stritt) Blackman and Gene Blackman. He had a 4-year-old brother, Greg to welcome him home.

Norma Jean Wickham, age 88, of Axtell, Nebraska formerly of Arapahoe, Nebraska passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Phelps Memorial Hospital in Holdrege, Nebraska. She was born at home south of Holbrook, Nebraska on May 14, 1932 to Frank Colburn and Alma Sophia Louise (Stagemeyer) Paxton.

Memorial Service for Dale D. Murdoch was held on Monday, February 1, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Trinity Evangelical Free Church in Holdrege, Nebraska with Pastors Murray Jones, Doug Reed, and David Oldham officiating. Inurnment was held at the Prairie Home Cemetery in Holdrege following the service, with Military Honors provided by the Martin-Horn American Legion Post #66 in conjunction with the United States Navy Military Funeral Honors Team. Face coverings were kindly encouraged.
