The Eagles (14-3) took on Gibbon (10-5) on Tuesday in a tight battle that resulted in a 3 point loss for the Eagles in overtime. The game was down to the wire for the entire 5 quarters. The Buffaloes eked out the lead at halftime 26 to 25. Both teams had a low scoring 3rd quarter with 9 points each.
BERTRAND - The Arapahoe boys basketball team played defense well enough to win at Bertrand Friday. But they still needed to score enough to make that effort stand up and they were unable to do so as the Vikings took a slugfest 33-22.
