Body CURTIS - The Hi-Line boys golf team pieced together another consistent set of rounds and took Runner-Up honors at the RPAC Golf Tournament in Curtis Thursday.

Body CAMBRIDGE - It was another day of fierce competition at a local golf course as four area teams took part in the Southwest Invite at Cross Creek Thursday in Cambridge.

Body TRENTON - In a fastmoving track and field invite, the Medicine Valley and Southwest track and field teams took part in the Hitchcock County Invite Wednesday as the Southwest girls took runner-up and the Raiders finished fourth in both boys and girls.

Body ARAPAHOE - At a highlycompetitive Jim Mather Invite in Arapahoe last week, five area athletes and another relay took gold medals as teams completed a tune-up before this week’s RPAC Championship Meet.

Body BERTRAND - Both the Hi-Line and Southern Valley track and field teams traveled a short distance to Bertrand for the Jerry Stine Invite Thursday. The Southern Valley girls scored 101.5 points to finish runner-up to Loomis while Hi-Line was sixth in the girls’ team race.

Body CURTIS - On a beautiful day at a beautiful course, four area golfers medaled at the Medicine Valley Invite at Arrowhead Meadows in Curtis Thursday.
