Several dancers took to the floor on Sunday afternoon under the direction of Nicole Warner as Just for Kix Dance Studio held their annual recital. This year it was at the Arapahoe high school gym. A large crowd came to watch their favorite dancers perform.

Amy Huxoll of Holbrook, NE has a published book titled “Her Hands” and will be having a book signing at Local Roots in Arapahoe on Saturday, December 20th at 10:00 a.m. When discussing her new book, Her Hands, Amy shared that it is a story she has always wanted to tell.

December 08, 2025 I really don’t have time to write this column this week, but after having four different people tell me this last week how much they enjoy reading my columns, how could I not take time to write?
