LINCOLN, Neb. – Bryan College of Health Sciences announces the graduating class of December 19, 2025. One will be graduating with a Doctor of Education, fifteen with a Master of Science in Nursing, two with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, nine with a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and twenty-two with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Graduation will be held at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 1144 M Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 on December 19, 2025 at 5:30 pm.

Southwest Nebraska Public Health Department (SWNPHD) has received reports of Influenza A cases in the health district and is seeing influenza (the flu) starting to go around Nebraska and in many parts of the United States. Flu activity usually increases in the fall and winter, and we are now beginning to see more cases.

Extension Ag Land management, leasing workshop scheduled in Lexington

Lexington, Nebraska, Dec. 10, 2025 — The University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Center for Agricultural Profitability and Nebraska Extension will present a landlord/tenant cash rent workshop in Lexington for landowners and operators from 9 a.m. to noon Jan. 13, at the office of Nebraska Extension in Dawson County, 1002 Plum Creek Parkway.
