Body Beaver City - Kathy Wilmot of Beaver City has announced her candidacy for District 7 Board of Regents. District 7 is comprised of the western 45 counties of Nebraska, reaching from the Colorado/Wyoming line to the eastern edges of Holt and Harlan counties.
