Twin Valleys Public Power District (TVPPD) wants to remind entrepreneurs that there is money available to start their business! The intent of our Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is to create new jobs or help with needed community service projects by partnering with local financial institutions to create a complete financing package to bring a project to reality. Loans can be made to any business, person, or government entity requesting funds for development projects.

Cambridge Rotary Club plans for new shelter at downtown park

The Cambridge Rotary Club is asking for financial support from community members and businesses. The club is working on a 24 x 24 x 10 shade/shelter project to be built in the Downtown Park between Pinpoint and The Bowling Alley. This shade/ shelter will go over the newly redone picnic tables in this area. The club has great hopes this will help attract people and groups to come and enjoy the park for personal and business events. 10 years ago The Zoo Crew held Winterfest 2012, a benefit for Justin Hamel and Christopher Denton, who were both injured to motorcycle accidents last July. The benefit raised more than $11,000 for both individuals medical costs.
