MAYWOOD – During their monthly meeting on June 9, the Maywood School Board approved the summer reading program. Twenty K-6 grade students are enrolled in the 15-day program that utilizes various reading centers.

OSCAR & ELSIE WENDLAND DECENDENTS Once again the Oscar and Elsie Wendland decendents started infiltrating Medicine Creek Dam on trail #4 for their 19th annual reunion, June 5-7 The crew this year was one of the smallest we’ve had other than the Covid year of 2020. Steve and Lana Hilker started the line-up of campers, followed by Craig and Cassie Hilker, also Amy Watson and Ida Soncksen.
