Frances S. Warner, age 92, of Lebanon, NE passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on May 22, 2023. She was born on the family farm east of Lebanon, NE on August 10, 1930, to William and Doris (Helt) Kettering. Frances attended Lebanon schools graduating from Lebanon High School in 1948. Frances was united in marriage to Neal Warner on October 15, 1950. To this union a daughter, Susan, was born. Neal preceded Frances in death April 6, 2011. Frances worked side by side on the farm south of the Nebraska/ Kansas Stateline with Neal until they retired and moved to town in 1969.

She was a member of the Lebanon Presbyterian Church. She was a church pianist for many years. Frances was an avid reader. She loved to quilt and play the piano. Frances took her bowling seriously and was very competitive.

She was a past member of the VFW Auxiliary of Lebanon. Frances served on the Lebanon Cemetery Board for many years. The couple traveled to Colorado to enjoy the mountains.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Doris; husband, Neal; brother, Darold (Pauline) Ebert; two nieces, Marilyn Popham Waite, and Donna Taylor; her in-laws, Harry and Aril Warner.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Susan, and husband, Jay Wyatt of Lebanon; two nieces, Jean and husband, Bill Royer of Columbus and Cheryl and husband, Lonnie Boring of Brule, NE.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 25th 2023 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Herrmann- Jones Funeral Chapel (607 Norris Ave, McCook, NE 69001). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 26th 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Lebanon Cemetery.
