4-H Horse Show was held on July 23rd for Phelps and Gosper County 4-H’ers as a part of the Phelps County Fair. The Judge this year was Blaire Gibbens from Lincoln, Nebraska.

The 2022 Sheep and Goat Show was on Thursday, July 28th beginning with the sheep show with the goat show to follow. Both shows were judged by Gary Kubicek.

The 2022 Phelps County Hog took place on July 28th with the show starting at 9am. Gary Kubicek of Firth, NE was the official judge.

The 2022 Beef show was on Friday, July 29th. The judge for this show was Gary Kubicek from Firth, Nebraska.

The Hi-Line 14U baseball team finished third place at the South Central Nebraska Baseball League Tournament. The Cambridge 10U baseball team finished third place at the South Central Nebraska Baseball League Tournament..

IMPERIAL - With an 18-13 loss to Hershland Sunday, the Cambridge-Arapahoe junior legion baseball team saw its first season come to a close at the Area 7 Tournament. The Gladiators went 1-2 at the Area Tournament. Pictured top left and moving clockwise are Maverick Webb, Gavin Gunderson and Trenton Roskop.

The swim teams of Cambridge, Arapahoe, Elwood, Southern Valley, and Indianola will represent southwest Nebrasla at the State Swim Meet in Oxford at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2022.
