The intimate, yet energizing Concert for Healthcare will help raise funds for Community Hospital Health Foundation. Doors open at 6 pm. Nashville recording artist, Brandon Lay, opens at 7 pm and Phil Vassar cranks out the songs beginning at 8 pm.

OVERTON - The Hi-Line volleyball team took down one victory, but dropped a match with eventual-champion Overton in the quarterfinals to finish their Fort Kearny Tournament 1-1. The Bulls took down Wilcox-Hildreth in the opener, 25-16, 22-25, 25-22 behind a balanced attack led by Carley Thompson and Ansley Williams.

SUMNER - The Southwest football team dropped a 62-6 contest at Sumner-Eddyville-Miller Friday night as the Roughriders fell to 1-6 on the season. The Mustangs jumped out to a 24-0 lead after a quarter and built a 47-0 edge before the Roughriders got on the board with a 9-yard touchdown pass from Nate Rippe to Kaden Day 41 seconds before halftime.

BENKELMAN - The Cambridge football team could not have asked for better opportunities to start Thursday's regular season finale at Dundy County-Stratton. The Tigers turned the ball over each of their first three possessions, granting Cambridge possession inside the DCS 20 on each of its first three chances.
