HEBRON - Southern Valley participated in the Class C-7 District track and field meet held at Thayer Central High School. Both teams finished in seventh place. The Eagles have three state qualifiers in five events. Qualifiers are Clayton Berry: 110 high hurdles, long and triple jumps.

BRIDGEPORT - The Arapahoe and Cambridge golf teams saw their seasons come to a close Monday at the District C5 Tournament in Bridgeport. The Trojans shot a 425 to finish seventh in the 13-team field, led by rounds of 96 and 98 from Caleb Shaner and Ethan Sides.

The 35th annual CSO All Star game will be held in Cambridge on May 28th. The girls game will begin @ 6pm and the Boys game will follow at 8pm. Below are the rosters and coaches staff’s for each team.

ARAPAHOE - The Southern Valley golf team captured first place at the 2021 Knipping Invite, held in Arapahoe. The Eagles shot a team score of 333, beating out Loomis by 11 strokes for first place while Alma was third with a 370.

Oxford’s Isaac Hamilton fired a complete game Tuesday helping Oxford defeat Cambridge, 6-5, as the littel league baseball season opened play..

ALMA - The Cambridge girls finished first and the Hi-Line boys were second as all five area track and field teams wrapped up the regular season at Alma’s Dale Harsin Twilight Meet Thursday. The Trojans scored 169 points to run away with the team title in the girls race.

WILCOX - With a first-place relay and individual titles in all three sprint races, the Hi-Line boys track and field team finished runner-up at the Fort Kearney Conference Meet Friday. “It was agreat day to compete,” Coach Kurt Banzhaf said.

PAXTON - With six individual champions, 25 total medalists and 156 team points, the Cambridge girls track and field team dominated the RPAC Championship Meet Friday, beating out runner-up Medicine Valley by 91 points for the title.
