Body BENKELMAN - The Maywood- Hayes Center Wolves competed at the DCS Twilight Invite last Friday, May 3rd. Six teams competed, and out of the six, the Maywood-Hayes Center boys placed fourth with 61 points, and the girls placed fifth with 49 points.

Body OVERTON - With three individual medalists, the HI-Line Golt Team finished runner-up at the Fort Kearny Conference Tournament Tuesday. Gavin Tilson led the team with a round of 81 and finished seventh place while Hudson Weeder shot an 83 and took 11th.

Body CAMBRIDGE - While Hitchcock County ran away with the team championship, Southwest and Southern Valley’s battle for runner-up honors at the RPAC Golf Tournament came down to just a couple strokes.

Body WILCOX - The Hi-Line Bulls competed at the Fort Kearney Conference Track Championships last Saturday in Wilcox-Hildreth. The Hi-Line boys placed fifth out of ten teams with 42 points. The Lady Bulls placed tenth with 16 points.

Body TRENTON - Medicine Valley and Southwest were among the five teams that competed at the Hitchcock County Track and Field Invite last Wednesday, April 17th. The Medicine Valley girls placed third and the Southwest girls placed fourth.

Body CAMBRIDGE - Four area athletes medaled and Southwest finished third at at its home invite Friday in Cambridge. The Roughriders shot a 370 to tie Dundy County-Stratton for third place and Cambridge shot a 373 to finish fifth.

Body OXFORD - Southern Valley hosted a quad track and field invite last Monday, April 22nd. The Eagles competed against Alma, Loomis, and Elm Creek.

Body PAXTON - The Maywood- Hayes Center Wolves competed at the Paxton Track and Field Invite last Thursday, April 18th. The MHC boys won with 113 points, and the MHC girls took runner-up with 73 points.

Body LEXINGTON - The Southern Valley and Medicine Valley track teams competed at the Don Bader Invite in Lexington last Friday. For Southern Valley, Adi Hunt won the 200, took runner- up in the 400, and placed fourth in the long jump.
