WILCOX - The Hi-Line Bulls competed at the Fort Kearney Conference Track Championships last Saturday in Wilcox-Hildreth. The Hi-Line boys placed fifth out of ten teams with 42 points. The Lady Bulls placed tenth with 16 points.

Raiders and Riders compete at Hitchcock Invite

TRENTON - Medicine Valley and Southwest were among the five teams that competed at the Hitchcock County Track and Field Invite last Wednesday, April 17th. The Medicine Valley girls placed third and the Southwest girls placed fourth.
Medicine Valley’s Aiden Jones finished second in pole vault at the Hitchcock County Invite.

CAMBRIDGE - Four area athletes medaled and Southwest finished third at at its home invite Friday in Cambridge. The Roughriders shot a 370 to tie Dundy County-Stratton for third place and Cambridge shot a 373 to finish fifth.
Cambridge’s Micah Gerlach fires a tee shot on the ninth at Cross Creek Friday.

MHC goes one and two at Paxton Invite

PAXTON - The Maywood- Hayes Center Wolves competed at the Paxton Track and Field Invite last Thursday, April 18th. The MHC boys won with 113 points, and the MHC girls took runner-up with 73 points.

LEXINGTON - The Southern Valley and Medicine Valley track teams competed at the Don Bader Invite in Lexington last Friday. For Southern Valley, Adi Hunt won the 200, took runner- up in the 400, and placed fourth in the long jump.

Bulls, Lady Eagles take titles at Bertrand

BERTRAND - The Southern Valley Eagles and Hi-Line Bulls competed at the Jerry Stine Invite in Bertrand last Friday. The Lady Eagles won with 118 points, and the Hi-Line boys won with 108 points. The Lady Bulls placed seventh as a team and the Southern Valley boys placed eighth as a team.

CURTIS - On another blustery day, the Hi-Line boys golf team rose above the challenge to post a 353 and finish second at the Medicine Valley Golf Invite last Thursday. The Bulls missed out on the tournament title by three strokes to Loomis and finished nine ahead of Hitchcock County.
